History of Agricultural Engineering Department

In 1964 it started as a separate Agricultural Engineering Department at the Agricultural University in the Mandalay University campus.

Objective

• To manage the machine and implement skillfully by the students
• To apply the water resources and irrigation techniques effectively
• To manage and create the farm by using modern techniques
• To become an innovated career in agriculture with the combination of engineering senses and techniques

Vision

• To become skillful agricultural engineer for developing in agricultural sector.
• To provide the university’s missions completely and mainly support the University for International Standard.

Mission

• To provide theory and practical knowledge of modern agricultural practices by using engineering techniques for sustainable agriculture.
