The experiments were assigned into 3 x 5 factorial arrangements in randomized complete block design with three replications.
Effect of Zinc and Boron on Yield and Yield Contributing Characters of Green Gram (Vigna radiata L.) in Central Dry Zone

The field experiments were conducted in Kyunpyar Village, Minbu Township, Magway Region, in Central Dry Zone during monsoon and post-monsoon seasons, 2017, to evaluate the effect of zinc (Zn) and boron (B) on yield and yield contributing characters of green gram, to investigate the combined effect of Zn and B on yield and yield components of green gram and to find out the optimum dose of Zn and B for increasing yield of green gram in the experimental area.
Morphological and Biochemical Characterization of Indigenous Rhizobium Isolates from Root Nodules of Green Gram (Vigna radiata L.)

The present study was conducted at Department of Plant Pathology, Yezin Agricultural University from August to September 2018. A total of 14 indigenous rhizobium isolates with higher symbiotic effectiveness were morphologically and biochemically characterized from root nodules of green gram variety 'Yezin-11´.
Spatial Variability of Soil Fertility Distribution in Kyee Inn Village Tract, Pyinmana Township, Naypyitaw

A study was conducted in Kyee Inn Village Tract, Pyinmana Township, Naypyitaw during 2017 and 2018 to generate the spatial distribution maps by evaluating soil fertility status describing chemical and physical soil properties, and to suggest the farmers for proper site-specific fertilizer management using Geographic Information System (GIS).

Screening of Rice Varieties against Pyricularia oryzae in Myanmar

The study is carried out to evaluate the resistance level of local rice varieties and promising YAU rice lines against rice blast disease caused by Pyricularia oryzae. Two isolates of P. oryzae namely Po1 and Po2 were collected from Zeyarthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, and five isolates namely Po3, Po4, Po5, Po6 and Po7 from Myaungmya Township, Ayeyarwaddy Region.

Adoption Of Improved Technology Package By Sesame Growers in Magway Township
