Aungban Campus

Aungban campus is located in the Aungban Township, Shan State. The campus programs mainly focus on the highland agriculture of Myanmar, covering maize and other cereal crops, tea, coffee, orchard fruits and vegetables.

Vision: Our main vision is to improve and sustain crop production and quality through research and extension education to reduce the poverty and to fulfill the requirements of the rural people in our region.

Mission: Aungban Campus, a Highland Regional Centre of Yezin Agricultural University (YAU) provides a high quality academic program in teaching, research, agricultural extension and outreach. This program will accomplish its mission by offering and teaching a wide range of courses concerning with crop production, protection and extension education at the undergraduate level.
