Department of Administration is mainly responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the university. Supervision of administration affairs as related to staff appointment, promotion, rewards, transfer, retirement, resignation, and penalizing, maintenance of official records and financial flow, maintenance and construction of campus buildings and infrastructure, maintenance and security of university estate and landscape.

Estate Engineering Office and University Farm Office are under the managment of Department of Administation.
