The vision of Office of Student Affairs and Hostel is to facilitate to fulfill the vision of Yezin Agricultural University especially to develop the peaceful and good learning environment of student, to train good moral and skilled qualified agricultural scientists and to improve Yezin Agricultural University becomes an international standard university.

Supporting this vision, managing all student affairs systematically align with procedures, rules and regulations of academic board from admission and enrollment to graduation of each and every student of YAU become its key mission.

The student affairs office facilitates and coordinates various academic activities during a semester, such as: preparation student ID and distribution, recommendation (Course work completion, Student status, ect.), post-graduate research registration and administration, scholarship management and coordination with donor organization, student warfare activities, facilitation student activities, student hostel management, orientation for new students in new semester, academic consultation, undergraduate and post-graduate hand-book editing and publishing, course timetable preparation, and student registration.
